By accessing or using rubiflow ("the Service"), provided by rubiflow ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

rubiflow is a resource planning application for IT consulting and software companies. The Service includes project management, employee assignment tracking, utilization reporting, invoicing, simulations, and BambooHR integration.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Payment and Billing

Pricing is determined on a custom basis. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rubiflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rubiflow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
